Inspired by Nat

This weeks challenge at Daring Cardmakers is all about our lovely Design Team member Nat.
Our host Lythan would like you to hop over to Nats blog and check out her fabulous design style and make a card using her style as your inspiration.

This was a difficult challenge  Nats style to me seems very clean with a mix of patterns.

I have gone with a focal point with the sentiment and die cut border and used 3 very different patterned papers.

Swings and Roundabouts

This weeks challenge at Daring Cardmakers is all about having a moving element on your card.  This could be something suspended on your card perhaps a charm or some beads.  Or maybe making your card rock from side to side.

So Kathy our host this week would like to see something swinging, twirling or rocking on your card.

I have made a little aperture on my card and used a sweet little charm from Do Crafts.

I then added a few little stamped clouds

The papers I have used are from Do crafts from the Spring Bellissima collection.
The little stamped greeting is from Paper Sweeties called Make Today Beautiful.

The Great Daring Card Makers Bake Off

Its my turn to hosts this weeks dare at Daring Cardmakers.  I adore cupcakes. I love baking, eating, buying anything with a Cupcake on and of course crafting with them. So I would like to see something baking related on your card.  I did think about a Mothers Day dare but I don't get to celebrate mothers day in France until May.

So for all Mothers/Grandmothers and especially my own Mam have a lovely day on Sunday. Its also my Mother In laws birthday today so Happy Birthday Carol!!!!!!!!

I made my card for a friends mum for her birthday.

I treated myself to the new Do Crafts Bellissima papers and I love them as some of them are foiled.  They are so pretty.  I also used the Xcut Tea party die set which I got for Christmas and this is the first time I have used it.

Elemental Inspiration

Its element inspiration time at Daring Cardmakers this week.  Just look at the beautiful inspiration picture.  Lots of lovely elements to choose.

The dare is to choose at least 3 elements from the picture to make your card.

Here is my card

The elements I have used are the colours, flowers, gold glitter, twine and the patterns on the paper.

I loved playing with this inspiration picture this week lots of yummy elements to choose from. I tried to give my card a lovely spring look.  I thought it would be nice to send it to my Mum for Mothers Day.
